About the Founder

 

Claudia McIntyre is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Salt & Stone Advisors, an operations and growth advisory firm serving family-owned and founder-led businesses.

Before founding Salt & Stone Advisors, she served as Partner, President, and Chief Operating Officer during a period of significant organizational growth and scale. Through that experience as both an executive leader and owner, she understands firsthand the responsibility of building enterprise value while leading people well. She also understands the weight leaders carry when their decisions affect employees, families, and the future of the business they have built.

 

Today, Claudia works closely with founders and leadership teams to strengthen operational clarity, improve profitability, and prepare companies for long-term sustainability and succession. Her work aligns people, structure, and financial performance so businesses can scale responsibly and transition with confidence.

 

A significant portion of her work focuses on family enterprise dynamics, helping owners navigate leadership development, generational transition, and ownership planning. She believes succession is not a single transaction but a disciplined, multi-year transfer of knowledge, leadership, and ownership.
